INTRODUCTION

1.1  I will use my skills and knowledge to design a safe personalised programme that will take into account your personal goals, likes and dislikes.

1.2  I will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that you may need to help you achieve your goals. Your progress will be regularly monitored and the programme revised and adjusted accordingly and the end of each phase and during if required.

1.3  I will provide all necessary equipment and will organise appropriate venues for all sessions.

1.4  All your information will be kept strictly private and confidential.

1.5  If I require further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details.

1.6  You are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the service that you are receiving. Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.

1.7  Exercise involves certain risks, including but not limited to; serious neck and spinal injuries resulting in complete or partial paralysis, heart attack, stroke or even death. Additionally, injuries could occur to bones, joints or muscles. Slips, falls, and unintended loss of balance could result in muscular, neurological, orthopaedic or other bodily injury.

1.8  You have control of the workout and may terminate a particular exercise or workout at any time.

1.9  If you experience any pain, discomfort, or injury during any of your sessions, please inform me immediately.

1.10  I can terminate a particular exercise or workout at any time if I believe you are not in suitable condition to conduct the for exercise presented.

1.11  I am not a doctor, physiotherapist or dietician and that the advice offered is and invitation and is optional and not a replacement for professional advice from experts within specialist fields.

2. HEALTH SCREENING

2.1  You must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme.

2.2  I may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge for this.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1  A full 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for all appointments.

3.2  Notice of less than 24 hours’ notice will incur full payment of the session fee.

4. LATENESS POLICY

4.1  If you are late for a session, the session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time.

4.2  If I am late for a session, additional time will be added to the session or subsequent sessions.

5. FEES & REFUND POLICY

5.1  Payment for any single sessions must be made in advance of the session.

5.2  Payment for any pack sessions must be made in advance of the first session.

5.3  Any pack sessions must be used within 90 days of payment. Sessions are void after this time period.

5.4  No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.

6. LIABILITY

6.1 My liability for any loss or damage caused by our negligence in the course of providing my services to you will be limited to £100,0000. In no event will I be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit my liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or reckless disregard of professional obligations.

7. WORKING HOURS

7.1  My usual working days are Monday to Friday, except for bank holidays and when travelling between countries.
